Our Guarantee

Your items are typically delivered 1-2 days before your event. In the rare case where items are not delivered prior to your event, we will try to deliver them late and extend you a 25% discount on any item delivered late. If we are unable to deliver them late, you will receive 100% of Your rental cost paid for those items that are not delivered

You agree to notify us as soon as discovered for any missing items but no later than 8 hours prior to your event. We will have the discression to either bring the items late with the 25% discount or not bring them and refund you 100% of the rental cost for those items.

Being late for your event is defined as items not arriving after the event beginning time you listed on your order. Missing a delivery window is not considered being late for the purpose of this guarantee unless we are unable to deliver prior to the start of your event.

In most cases, events that reuqire installation will be set up at least 24 hours in advance. In the rare case where your event is not set up on time, we will try to arrive late to complete your installation and will extend a 25% discount on any item not set up on time for your event start time. If we are unable to install your items prior to your event, you will receive 100% of your rental cost for the items that were not delivered.

You agree to notify us as soon as discovered for any items not installed but no later than 8 hours prior to the start of your event. We will have the sole discression to either install them late with the 25% discount or not install them and refund you 100% of the rental cost for those items.

Installing late for your event is defined as any items not installed before the start of your event as listed on your order. Missing a delivery window is not considered being late for the purpose of this guarantee unless we are unable to install prior to the start of your event.
